Getting your AidStream account ready to publish COVID-19 data.

To be able to publish COVID-19 data, your account must be using the latest IATI version. Check your IATI version to ensure you’re using the latest version. 

How to check your IATI version:

1. See if there is an ‘Update available’ button at the top of your screen as shown in the picture below.
2. If the button is present, click on the button and follow the instructions provided there. 

How to check if you have all the required elements: 

All AidStream accounts contain basic activity data elements. To publish COVID-19 data, you will need to select the extra data elements highlighted below. Follow the instructions below to select the required elements: 

1. Go to Settings - Activity Elements Checklist

Select the ‘Tag’ and ‘Humanitarian Scope’ elements under the Classifications section. (Refer the picture below)
