How to reset the password?

To reset your password: 

1. Go to the AidStream login page. 
2. Enter your username or email address. 
3. Click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ option. 
4. You will be directed to the ‘Reset Password’ page.
5. Enter your email address. 
6. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

• In case you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you cannot find it in the spam folder either, reach out to AidStream support team at [e-mail].
