Is data retrievable on AidStream (and IATI) after it gets deleted?

No, once you delete any activity from AidStream, it cannot be retrieved. However, the data will remain on IATI Registry. In case you need the activity on AidStream, you can download the XML from IATI Registry, delete data other than the activity you want and then upload the XML file on AidStream.
