The elements under organisation data are:
- Identification
- Reporting Organisation: Reporting organisation is the organisation that is publishing the report of the project. This can be the primary source (reporting their own activity as donor, implementing agency, and so on) or a secondary source. (See: reporting-org - iatistandard.org)
- Organisation Identifier: Organisation identifier is a unique string from which the organisation’s report can be identified. (See: organisation-identifier - iatistandard.org)
- Name: The name of the organisation that is reporting. (See: name - iatistandard.org)
- Budgets
- Total Budget: Total budget refers to the organisation’s own budget. Wherever possible, the organisation's total annual budget for the next three years should be reported.
- Recipient Organisation Budget: Recipient organisation budget is the future budgets for each organisation that receives funding from your organisation. It recommended the budget for the next three to five years to be reported.
- Recipient Region Budget: Recipient region budget refers to the budget for countries in the region where the recipient organisation operates.
- Recipient Country Budget: Recipient country budget refers to the fund where the recipient organisation maintains region-wide, rather than or in addition to country-specific budgets.
- Total Expenditure: Total expenditure is the reporting organisation’s international development expenditure of the past three years.

- Document Link: You can include a link to an online document which is publicly accessible or upload a document to provide valuable information regarding budgets or any other information relating to the organisation as a whole.
