Instructions on how to publish your COVID-19 data.
- Using the ‘Title’ and ‘Description’ elements: ‘COVID-19’ should be included in the title and description of the activity. This can be applicable to both new activities or those that have already been published.
- Transaction Descriptions: If a particular transaction is related to COVID-19, you should add ‘COVID-19’ to the transaction description. This will help those who view the data know the total amount of COVID-19 financing. To add transaction description:

- Go to the ‘Transactions’ page.
- Click on the edit (pen) icon.
- Then scroll down until you see the Description field.

- Humanitarian Scope: Humanitarian scope links your activity to international efforts addressing the pandemic. This should be used for both development and humanitarian activities. Entry details:

- Tag element: In case your organisation does not allow you to use the ‘Humanitarian Scope’ element for development activities, ‘Tag’ element can be used which can be found under the ‘Classifications’ section. Entry details are:

- Humanitarian Flag: If the activity is fully or partially humanitarian, you are required to add a humanitarian flag. To mark an activity as ‘Humanitarian’

- Click on the ‘Override Activity Default’ button at the top of your activity. (Note: While setting up your account you’re required to select a default value for the activities. It can be changed via Settings.)
- If your activity is partially humanitarian, you should mark the specific transactions as being humanitarian. To do so:

- Go to the ‘Transactions’ page.
- Click on the edit (pen) icon

- You can then select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ in the humanitarian field.
- Click on the ‘Override Activity Default’ button at the top of your activity. (Note: While setting up your account you’re required to select a default value for the activities. It can be changed via Settings.)

- Note:
- All activities responding to the COVID-19 are not necessarily classified as humanitarian. Please ensure to use the Humanitarian Flag only where relevant.
