To be able to republish an activity you will need to edit any element. When you edit a published activity, it will go back to Draft stage. Then, to republish it, you will have to follow the same steps you would while publishing it for the first time.
- Mark the activity as Completed.
- Then mark the activity as Verified.
- The final step is to mark it as Published.
- When the confirmation message pops up, click on ‘Yes’ to proceed.
After making changes to a published activity, these icons appear beside them:
Draft on IATI: Once you make changes to a published activity, it is saved as ‘Draft on IATI’.
Completed on IATI: To republish it, you need to mark it as complete. It is then saved as ‘Completed on IATI’.
Verified on IATI: You can review the activity once more to make sure there are no errors. Then, you can click on the ‘Mark as Verified’ button to move on to the next stage. The activity is now saved as 'Verified on IATI'.
Published on IATI: From the ‘verified on IATI’ stage, you can click on 'Mark as published' to republish your activity on IATI. 'Published on IATI' icon appears after the activity is successfully republished.
The changes made in the activity will be reflected on AidStream as well as on the IATI Registry.
