How to update Organisation Information

Publishers are allowed to change their organisation’s IATI details like organisation’s name, organisation identifier and publisher ID. The changes in organisation information may be if the organisation has undergone a structural or legal change.

If the organisation's details have been changed in the IATI registry, the information must also be updated on AidStream.

Steps to update Organisation information on AidStream:

1. Go to Settings.

2. On the ‘Organisation Information’ page, you will find the Refresh button.
3. Click on ‘Refresh’ to update the organisation information of your account. [The organisation information is updated based on the IATI registry]

3. Scroll down and click on ‘Save Organisation Information’.
