What is 'Activity Elements Checklist'?

The Activity Elements Checklist consist of a number of elements that can be checked or unchecked. There are some which you cannot uncheck which AidStream considers mandatory for data publishing. Most of them are also considered important from IATI’s perspective.

Whatever you check or uncheck will be either added or removed from the activity form respectively. 

Element can also be filtered with the help of the search box at the top of the activity elements' menu. 

If you cannot find the element you are looking for, you can directly go to the Activity Elements Checklist directly to check the respective element. 

The mandatory elements are:

• Title
• Description
• Activity status
• Activity date
• Participating org
• Recipient country
• Sector
• Budget
• Transaction

The mandatory elements are greyed out on the checkboxes. The rest of the elements are seen in blue checkboxes.
