Simplified UI (User Interface)

Simplified UI feature is literally as the name suggests - it simplifies the activity forms by removing repetitive fields such as Narrative field from within the element. 

How to activate the Simplified UI feature? 

To activate Simplified UI feature:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select the Simply UI option from the top menu bar in Settings.
3. Select the relevant options.

Simplified UI for Narrative

Activating Simplified UI for Narrative will remove the fields from the interface altogether. 

Before activating the Simplified UI. 

After activating Simplified UI.

Simplified UI for Sector

Sector element needs to be reported either in the activity level or transaction level. By default, Sector is available in both activity and transaction level. Activating Simplified UI for Sector allows the user to make the Sector element available either on the Activity level only or Transaction level only.

For Sector to be available only on Activity: 

1. Select the 'ACTIVITY' option under SHOW SECTOR ONLY IN. 

Before activating the Sector Simplified UI.

1. The 'Sector' chunk in the transaction will not be visible anymore. 

After activating the Sector Simplified UI.

The sector form can further be simplified by selecting only the relevant sector vocabulary under 'SIMPLIFY SECTOR FORM'.
