How to Import Results (using XLS file)

Results XLS feature allows you to download all the results of activities as an excel file or import results to AidStream from an excel template.

Note: Please make sure the ‘Result’ option under ‘Activity Elements Checklist’ has been selected.

1. To Download Result.xls:
   1. Go to the Activity page and click on the activity whose Result you want to download or upload.
   2. Click on the 'Result' tab.
   3. Click on 'Download XLS Results' on the top right section.

[You can make updates to the downloaded result file and re-upload it via 'import XLS' from the results tab]

1. To Import Result.xls:
   1. You can import results from the Import Results XLS option.
   2. Click on 'Import result' and select 'Import XLS'.
   3. Download the template for Activity Specific Result from the right column. 
   4. 'Choose the XLS file to import' once the file is ready to be imported.
   5. While importing the result, the importer will validate the data. If the result data is incorrect, it will be marked as red and cannot be uploaded.
   6. Use the provided feedback to make the necessary corrections.
   7. If all of your result data are correct then you can select all the results and click on the Import button to import.
