Unpublish Activity

Unpublishing an activity removes the particular activity from the XML file. This feature is accessible only to the Admin users of an organisation. 

How to unpublish an activity? 

Any activity can be unpublished by merely clicking on the ‘Unpublish’ button at the top right of any activity. 

Note: 

• If the activity has already been published to the Registry, unpublishing the activity will remove the activity content from the main file. The change will be reflected in the IATI activity file too.
• If the activity hasn’t been published to the Registry, unpublishing the activity will remove the individual activity from the main activity file. When the activity gets published to the IATI Dashboard, the change will be reflected in the main activity file.
