How to add documents in an activity?

There are two options when it comes to adding documents to an activity. Both these actions are achievable within the ‘Related Documents’ element from the activity’s right sidebar menu.  

1. Upload Document: You can upload any supporting document from your computer. 
2. Add Document Link: You can provide a link to the document from any publicly accessible website on the internet.
