How to re-publish an activity?

You might look for a ‘Re-publish’ button, but you will not be able to find one. To re-publish an activity you will have to go through the same process you went through while publishing the activity for the first time. You will have to: 

1. Mark the activity as completed. 
2. Verify the activity. 
3. Publish the activity. 

After making changes to a published activity, these icons appear beside them:

Draft on IATI: Once you make changes to a published activity, it is saved as ‘Draft on IATI’. 

Completed on IATI: To republish it, you need to mark it as complete. It is then saved as ‘Completed on IATI’.

Verified on IATI: You can review the activity once more to make sure there are no errors. Then, you can click on the ‘Mark as Verified’ button to move on to the next stage. The activity is now saved as 'Verified on IATI'.

Published on IATI: From the ‘verified on IATI’ stage, you can click on 'Mark as published' to republish your activity on IATI. 'Published on IATI' icon appears after the activity is successfully republished.
